Policies

The Independent Lawyers Network’s organizational policies set out the standards, safeguards and ethical obligations that guide all aspects of our work.

They exist to ensure that all our activities are transparent, accountable, rights-based and respect the rights and interests of individuals and organizations operating in vulnerable and high-risk settings, in line with best practices.

These policies apply to all members, staff, consultants, volunteers and partners across the organization and reflect core values such as integrity, equality, professionalism and accountability.

ILN has adopted internal safeguarding frameworks, including the Policy on Protection against Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH), the Child Protection Policy, and the Privacy Policy. These policies will be made publicly available shortly and accessible via dedicated links on our website.
